Services Backflow Replacements

I live in Gilroy, and my commercial building' in San Jose, the over 20 years old backflow assembly has leaking problem. I contacted a couple of San Jose backflow specialists, and I was told to replace the whole assembly, that will cost a few thousand $. Then I contacted my hometown specialist Salcido's Backflow in Gilroy, the owner Miguel is willing to travel to San Jose, and is willing to work on Saturday because I can not shut down water on M-F. Last Saturday Miguel arrived my commercial building, left her family in car, and worked on my old backflow assembly, repaired it successfully, and passed the test! I really appreciate his professionalism, and his honesty, and also the charge is very reasonable for service, travel, and weekend working-time. SJWW notified our company of a failed backflow valve, so I contacted Salcido’s Backflow Services for repair of the broken valve. I quickly received a quote and scheduled an appointment via phone and email. Parts were ordered, and Salcido's followed up with me via email, which was excellent communications to confirm the scheduled appointment. Miguel repaired the valve and everything was working again within the day. His team emailed SJWW to confirm the testing of the valve had passed. We should be good to go for years to come.
